Travel Policy

1. **Booking and Scheduling**

All travel bookings and scheduling must be arranged and confirmed through Donebyish LLC at least two weeks prior to the travel date. This allows for the appropriate planning and coordination of the photography services.

2. **Travel Expenses**

The client is responsible for all travel-related expenses, including airfare, lodging, meals, and local transportation. Donebyish LLC will provide a detailed estimate of these expenses during the booking process.

3. **Accommodation**

If an assignment requires an overnight stay, the client is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of comfortable and safe accommodation. Donebyish LLC can provide recommendations if needed.

4. **Per Diem**

A per diem rate will be charged to cover meals and other incidental expenses. The per diem rate will be based on the current U.S. General Services Administration guidelines.

5. **International Travel**

For international assignments, clients are responsible for arranging all necessary travel documents, including visas and work permits. Any fees associated with these documents will be added to the final invoice. Donebyish LLC can provide guidance on visa requirements if needed.

6. **Rescheduling/Cancellation**

If travel plans are changed or cancelled, the client is responsible for all costs incurred. If the photographer can reschedule, the client will only be charged for additional travel expenses. In case of cancellation, Donebyish LLC will retain any deposits made to cover their lost time and business.

7. **Refund Policy**

In the unlikely event of personal illness or other circumstances beyond the photographer's control that prevent them from attending the assignment, Donebyish LLC will make every effort to provide a substitute photographer of high quality. If a substitute cannot be arranged or if the client chooses not to proceed with a substitute, Donebyish LLC will issue a full refund of any deposits made by the client. However, Donebyish LLC accepts no liability for any additional costs or damages incurred by the client due to the photographer's inability to attend.

8. **Limitation of Liability**

Donebyish LLC accepts no liability for any loss or damage caused by factors beyond their control, including but not limited to weather conditions, travel delays, or force majeure events.

9. **Insurance**

Donebyish LLC holds full public liability and professional indemnity insurance. However, it is recommended that the client also have adequate insurance coverage for the event.

These policies have been put in place by Donebyish LLC to ensure clear communication and understanding between the photographer and the client at all times.
